Carmen’s Cafe - Herrin

What Ann Field likes about Carmen’s Cafe:
They serve homemade Ice creams. We had Burger with bacon fries and drink. Burgers were large, fries were crisp not greasy. Was the old dairy Queen in Herrin. Will go back for Ice cream they had lots of flavors and popsicles in all flavors. We liked itwould go back again. View all feedback.

What Kelli Jensen doesn't like about Carmen’s Cafe:
Been here twice...food did not disappoint. Staff the first time; during the day were amazing. Second visit In the evening; staff were not accommodating even though we were extremely polite. I hate what customer service workers have to go through withbad customers, but we went out of our way to be nice, and were met with complete annoyance. Who knows; she may have had a badday.
