"This place is what small town France is all about. The food is simple, but everything is done right, which you don't see a lot in bigger, more commercial restaurants. Fresh ripe tomatoes from the garden, and with the eye to take out the crowns, lettuce with the cheeseboard all leaves individually cleaned and dressed and a simple fig dessert to absolutely hit all the taste notes, sweet, fresh, acidity, creamy, rich but light.
