My bacon cheeseburger was so good, and cleaning up my daughter's fries and uneaten tenders were also delicious. It could have been because I was super hungry, but I was satisfied with my lunch. View all feedback.
What Rachel Humphrey doesn't like about 1906 Grill:
My initial impression of the restaurant was positive as the staff were friendly. However, I encountered a rude encounter with the lady serving the food. I tried to inform her that the drink machine was not working properly, but instead of checking, she insulted me as if I had never used one before at the age of 50. It was quite humorous. The restaurant offered overpriced and low-quality food. We paid $32.66 ($16.33 per meal) for a 3-piece chicken with fries and a cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger only had a patty (tasted like a veggie or pork), unmelted cheese, and a bun. There was no mayo, lettuce, tomato, or salad. The chicken strips were dry and the fries were cold. The mobile order was only slightly faster than waiting in line (15-20 minutes). Luckily, we were in the mobile line right after placing our order, otherwise we would have had to wait another 15 minutes. We had trouble finding a place to sit and eat, eventually finding a bench to eat on the go. It would be better to bring your own food or find a local eatery outside the park.
The restaurant has a clean and visually appealing design.
Do not eat here. The burgers and fries are of poor quality and not worth the price.
The worst excuse for a $10 cheeseburger I've ever seen. Came out charred and still somehow cold. These places should be ashamed of the prices and the quality.
This is a solid B tier restaurant, while the cheese curds are heavenly, some of their other menu items like their chicken tenders and fries can be improved on. The chicken is abnormally thick, and their fries are kind of dry and flavorless versions of McDonalds fries. By no means is this food bad, however if you'd like chicken tenders and fries, I'd suggest Nathans near the front of the park, they offer much better chicken and fries for a cheaper price, plus you get more chicken.
