A disappointing stater,chicory etc salad,over 90% chicory and not enough of blue cheese,pear and walnuts.My last salad stater at St.Albans in November was exactly right. read more.

The fish chowder was excellent… highly recommend it. Lemon posset also good… but I needed more Service delightful but not intrusive. We did request at time of booking a particular table which we favour. Unfortunately it was not saved for us. Perhaps if I had booked in person our preference would have been assured.
