Ordered two lattes, asked for a menu to look at and when the waiter brought us our drinks he took the menus and threw them in the bin? Went to pay and noticed there was an additional 91p service charge for walking 30 foot with our drinks, obviously I asked for that to be removed. Can’t smoke outside either.
