"Juliano?s never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food tastes fresh. We started with the bruschetta. The bread was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and very warm! I ordered an eggplant parmigiana. The plate wasn?t warm, which was a good sign to me which means it was not microwaved. The eggplant was nice and tender, with the cheese perfectly melted. I ended the dinner with a cannoli, perfect to satisfy the sweet tooth without being TOO sweet. Amazing food!"

"So called this place to come in because they actually have a pretty decent food. My mom loves their chili Colorado burrito. They said they closed at 9 we said okay we are on the way down to order food. They said no problem and we get their 20 minutes later and they said they are closing early. With the door still unlocked. Damn must be nice to not need business, saw three other cars pull in and pull off. My order alone was going to be around $60 bucks before tip and yes I love to tip huge for great service which is getting so hard to find today. And who knows what the other cars were going to spend, when it comes end of business quarter or year and wondering why there isn’t more money remember you like to close early. Prolly missed out on an easy $200 dollars which if business is ran right the profit on that could’ve saved the day if is was that slow to close early. Or at least lighten the sting when payroll comes around. It sucks because we just came back from camping and want the bomb burritos. "The atmosphere is beautiful!! It makes you forget that you're in Apple Valley for a while. The service was wonderful; our server was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She was also very thankful that we came. The food is amazing as well!! My fiancé and I ordered the steak fajitas for two, and they were delicious!! We would definitely come again!!"
