"I don't even know what to write?!? Ah, yes. All the best! I can only express superlatives about the place, the team, the food, the service, and of course Balaton is also there, but its most beautiful face. Unfortunately, it's rare, but if we go there, we can't miss it. We plan our annual bike tour depending on available rooms and the VK dinner. I used to say that currently and for us, Villa Kabala is the pinnacle of hospitality! Dear Villa Kabala team! Stay like this for a long time and please as many guests as possible! Show many people what a perfect weekend or weekday should be like, so what it's like when someone can simply switch off and just enjoy your services! I definitely and fully recommend it! "The price-quality ratio of the food here is not very good, the prices are too high! Very long wait for food! Do not try to take tartar, the price does not justify either the taste of the dish or its complexity of preparation! As for desserts, I tried strudel and was disappointed, just store-bought puff pastry and some toppings, also apricots with crumbs: a bunch of powdered dough pieces and half an apricot, not worthy of a restaurant serving!"

"Fishmeal and garnishing was fresh and tasty, personnel is extremely kind. The music was somewhat loud but they turned it down for me having some one on one Skype session in the garden. Guests are selected unfortunately by price but it is worth the extra money. Service fee (i. e. tip) seemed to be included, I still gave a decent sum for their extra kindness. I am going to eat there next time I travel there, though the place is overpriced for a country town in the region. Food and kindness will compensate."

"Unfortunately we still know the old boss and every visit was a celebration. Now it's a tourist bar like any other, the prices have risen dramatically and the level has halved. If you want to eat cheap by German standards and are not very demanding, this is the place for you. As in the past, we were looking forward to typical Hungarian cuisine and were very disappointed. You probably shouldn't expect that at Lake Balaton either."
