What User likes about Ceviche Inca:
Was in the area with my fiancée trying to find out what to eat. I had never seen this restaurant and got in the mood for Ceviche as soon as I saw the photos. We were welcomed immediately and there were plenty of places available. It's a small place, so I wouldn't recommend it for big groups. What Karina Diaz doesn't like about Ceviche Inca:
Our server seems to be flirting with the 2 man on the table next to us, when we asked questions, she was dismissive or answered very vagely. Didn't check if we needed anything etc. This is one of the reasons we don't tip 18% to a server that their job is to make sure their table is taken care of and she couldn't do that, so including it on the check is not okay.
