I purchased a 12 oz. package of El Faro Bakery “cornbread” and it was plainly labeled as cornbread. I sliced a piece and noted that it was very sweet and I wasn’t convinced it was cornbread. This is the ingredients: enriched wheat flour bleached flour niacin, iron, thiamine, folic acid sugar yellow corn meal. Plus a myriad of other ingredients.
