ihop use to immerse an amazing place (at miami gardens location) if there were not for the waitress carissa I would have given a 1 star. she was very pleasant and very apologetic for the ihops short coming. the food took about an hour to reach the table, and as soon as the food was there, it was unusable because it was undercooked / not cooked at all. the problem was with the back of the house, very disappointing.
