THE BEST kept secret in northwestern Kansas! Traveling through or staying around Hiawatha, make sure to plan on dinner at The Country Cabins~ even better,
This was a great spot to have dinner while staying in Hiawatha for work. Friendly staff and good food.

"We really enjoyed our Friday dinner here. Worth the short drive from Topeka! Fun atmosphere, amazing service (thank you, Laura), great bartender (specialty drinks were fantastic), and delicious food. The shop area was really cool, too. Like Pier One mixed with country chic. We'll be back!"

"My work called in a big 8 person order for lunch. The staff was kind and had great customer service despite already being busy. They got everything done in a half and hour on top of the lunch rush and it was all correct. Awesome staff"

"Good food at a good price We came from Loess Bluffs Wildlife Refuge. We came in the late afternoon, so the situation was not busy. The staff we met was efficient, but not happy, but also not rude. The atmosphere was not overly inviting and dim lighting. It was a cloudy day, so maybe they rely on sunshine to help? The location was clean and toilets were clean, without baby changing station in the women's room. We didn't have to wait long and our food was delicious. There are many menu items that looked good!"
