Dockside Fish Seafood Market EASILY gets 5 stars and I 'd give them more if I could! Their fish is so amazingly FRESH and tasty. You can literally smell the sweet ocean scent when you get home and begin to prepare your purchase. What Frank McConnell doesn't like about Dockside Fish Seafood:
25 dollars for 4 shrimp 1 very small piece of cod smaller the the 3 little chicken strips .. and soggy fries.. more like a child's plate ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened.. worst plate of food we had in Hickory.

The comprehensive selection of coffee and tea specialties makes a visit to Dockside Fish Seafood even more worthwhile, and you can look forward to the delicious typical seafood cuisine. The fine Sushi such as Maki and Sashimi however, is the undisputed highlight of this place.

"Two words: Super! My wife and I used not to have the children with us and went to Sushi. She found this place and it looked pretty good. This was one of the best sushi eating experiences I've ever had, and I eat a LOT of Sushi. The waitress was such a treasure. She apologised twice for waiting, although it didn’t seem like it took so long. As I mentioned above, the sunset almost rolled my eyes back in my head. The combination of sweet and spicy was a great slam. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to all Sushi lovers!"

"*Update* So, I 've been back a few times now and I 've gotta let you all know: the service and the food have not downgraded. It was all the same great service, and excellent food. It 's a wonderful local establishment you must try. Really enjoyed the food and service at Geppeto 's. I 've had their food at catered events but I hadn 't gone into the restaurant and ate; I 'm so glad I did. Pizza buffet was hot and fresh, cheese was perfectly melted and the sauce must have had a 'secret sauce ' because it was amazing. Bread sticks were spot on; just enough garlic butter and crunch to them. Salad...well, it was your traditional green salad. Spaghetti and fettuccini were off the chain good. I 've eaten when the noodles were cold, stiff and under cooked but not here. Enjoyed every moment here. We 'll be back."
