What User likes about Kfc:
only complaining that I came home, I did not recognize my 2 big drinks. when I tried to call them to tell them what we could do, I called 3 times 1/2 per hour apart, but couldn't get any answer. looks like I'm gonna have to go back there or just forget that $5. I ordered my food online an hour and a half before I picked it up. Had to wait over 30 minutes just to get it. I understand they are short staffed but people walking outside to take breaks when the line line is wrapped around the building is ridiculous and they closed in an hour. View all feedback.
