wendy’s is my favoritesburg, but lately the service is pretty bad, it seems wherever you go. it was refreshing to get my order exactly as I told the drive thru person. this place seemed different, the customer service was very personal as they cared for. I was told that they put my fries in and I got them hot! we even received our order exactly as we asked. my new favorite place. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
cashier couldn't take off the extra dressings he charged me, then helper wouldn't get them. then the helper said they have no more crumbs for salads. then the drinks were out and dirty. my price for an salat was over $11. filthy and rude, not return. View all feedback.
I really liked the guy at the front register. He was very helpful. :

They had baked carrots. another load always said they had no for 45 minutes. must circle twice for the drive thru. food: 5/5
Very helpful elderly lady at the front. She was smiling and having a great time at work. Very sweet and helpful. Our family will continue to come back. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: The 5 for 5$ is a great deal. Everyone gets enough food and drink for 5$.
I ordered a #1 Dave 's Single Meal and specifically asked for ketchup before I pulled around to the window. When I got my order, I double checked the bag and didn 't have ketchup. I made eye contact with two workers inside the window who both looked away instead of coming back to the window to see what I needed. I waited patiently for several more minutes, and I even gave my horn one toot. Finally someone came back over once there was another person behind me to ask what I needed. I got 3 packets of ketchup and then left. Once I drove away, and opened my sandwich, I had received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of my cheeseburger! ? Since I avoid confrontation, I did try eating the chicken sandwich, but it was entirely too spicy and so I left more than half of it. I went back to the restaurant to see if I could get the correct sandwich. When I pulled around, the supervisor on staff exclaimed, WELL YOU ALREADY ATE IT! Then she rolled her eyes at me, and threw the remainder of the chicken sandwich in the trash. My entire experience made me feel so less than, like I was an annoyance instead of a paying customer. Honestly, I almost cried.
