Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for this restaurant following renovations are mixed but mostly negative. Many customers were disappointed in the changes made to the interior, the food portions and quality, as well as the customer service. Some mentioned that the new look wasn't appealing, the food wasn't up to their usual standards, and the service was lacking. Others did appreciate the cleanliness, friendly staff, and spacious atmosphere of the restaurant. However, the majority of customers seemed let down by the overall experience and have no plans to return. It seems that the changes made post-renovation have not been well-received by the regular patrons of the restaurant.
Long wait time, Rude waitress, over all just not the greatest atmosphere and it’s insanely over priced for food that was only ok
Recently renovated. Went from a semi old school feel to a more modern, sleek, clean feel look. The burger was good but it was dry and at times the bacon overpowered the whole burger. Overall it would still be one of my go to diners.
A disappointing first diner experience. I was excited to try Broadway Diner, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The atmosphere was classic diner-style, and the service was friendly, but the food was a letdown. We went for breakfast, and the ingredients tasted stale and looked unappetizing. I couldn't finish my meal after a few bites and even started to feel nauseous. Sadly, I won't be returning. Maybe it was an off day, but for a first timer, it was a bad experience. 1.5/5 stars!
Great little spot to grab food and drinks with friends or family.
Ordered a grilled chicken BLT wrap was disgusting fell apart. When I picked it up was dripping in grease. The bacon was all fat, completely inedible, and the waiter did not come by our table once to ask how we were doing he clearly seen I took one bite of it and then didn’t touch anything else and then when I told him what was wrong with it, he didn’t say a word and didn’t take it off the bill. And to make it worse on a 90° day it was sweltering hot in the diner no air-conditioning.
