Food is obviously not cooked to order since it was on the counter before I had even finished paying for it, and it was completely cold.

They serve raw chicken. Dangerous and gross!
Got there 30 mins before closing and refused to cook a burger because they already closed the grill… 30 mins before closing.Well done

"I have not visited all restaurants in High Level, but it's hard to imagine that there are others better than this. Being from the South (Edmonton : it seems a bit pricey, but it is probably normal for around HL. Food is tasty and presented well, with good sized portions. Staff are friendly, and the chef tries to be a bit innovative with the menu (lobster macaroni, Kobe beef burger that sort of thing . Dining room is open and pleasant and feels kind of like an oasis. Yeah, it's the best around here."

"Horrible customer service, I ordered a Turkey wrap with tomato and spinach, asked for it to be toasted, the "not so much of a sandwich artist", snapped back at me; "you should have told me to wanted veggies in it before I toast it!!" I was like; "pardon me? I wanted it toasted with the vegetables inside", then he turned around and charged me over $12.00 and insisted he was giving me a deal...let's see...aahhhh..2 slices of Turkey, two slices of tomato, three pieces of spinach...a deal?? I think not"

"After living in High Level for a few years we finally ventured to the Family restaurant. Friday nights they have a Chinese buffet which is simple but very good. No complaints at all on the food and the pricing for a buffet is quite reasonable. Will definitely eat here again!"
