Delightfully surprised, great food all hot and cooked properly. The double baked hot wings were double baked and hot tempature wise. Pizza was good and beer on tap cold. What Justin Case doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
went here with my family, service was horrible, I ordered a medium rare steak and it came back blue rare. I told the manager about this and she rolled her eyes at me and took it back to the kitchen. about 4 min later the exact same steak came out and it was a little bit hotter but the same quality! she put the same steak on the grill which is illegal due to cross contamination.(I know this as I am a resturant owner)... Another great experience at BP. The wings were amazing? I should of just had two servings and be done with it but I decided to try something new. Very bready otherwise was great, nice flavour. Service was outstanding. Knew when I required assistance and food was quick.

First of all wow... just wow... this was the best restaurant I've ever eaten at in my 43 years of living. The food was spectacular, so scrumptious, came out quick and all in all just amazing. Don't even get me started on our waitress, Mercedes. She was the best server I've ever encountered. She was extremely polite, helpful and continuously checked up on us. I would recommend this place to every single person I know. I will definitely be coming back here Boston Pizza you rock!!!
Just drove 7 hours, decided to sto0 to this establishment for some good food before we continued on our journey. We were seated at out table and waited for almost 15 minutes and nobody came to serve us. Meanwhile a group was seated a couple of tables over and a server was there within minutes. What's up high level boston pizza? Not impressed to say the least.
We stopped in and the day shift was fine , but the nite shift was a total different experience to put it plain it sucked ordered at 9:04 a pasta dish and still nothing by 11 and the server apologue 3 times, in the business so i get it but totally unacceptable
