Amoroso's Bakery - High Point

I absolutely love!!! The salted caramel cake/ cupcakes. I the atmosphere. Everyone is just as sweet as the sweets I also tried the chocolate cake it's delicious too! I think eventually I will end up trying something different each time. I this bakery

Waiting at the display to order cheesecake and cupcakes. While waiting to give my order another lady walks in the door and states that she needs a whole cake. Instead of letting that customer get in line the employee helps that costumer while I just continue to wait. The food is good my wife loves the cheesecake but the service is lacking. I’m sorry that’s the case because I would have spent a lot more money.

Not crowded and some of the best cakes around! I will visit again.

Let me start by saying the food is delicious. I am giving only one star due to the HORRIBLE customer service. I went by yesterday to get a piece of cake for my birthday. there were 3 people working, none of which were pleasant or helpful. They rushed us, tried to ring us up without getting all of our orders, and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Unfortunately, this behavior is how they always act when I go into the bakery, so last night was typical of their customer service. I think I have finally had enough of their rudeness and will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service Isn’t the most inviting, but the cakes are delicious !
