"This is a lovely local ice cream shop in the Kernersville area. They have rotating special flavors and have grab n' go options for pints. I also love that they have a variety of large homemade ice cream sandwiches at the counter. I'll usually order the Kernersville Krunch, but with chocolate custard. Since I take my order to go, I'll usually get a medium. There's enough for me to eat half and freeze the other half. A small is definitely still a hearty amount! There is a seating area that is clean and simple. Service is counter-based self service. Even when lines are long, the staff usually keeps the line moving quickly. I'm definitely a fan of this place!"

"This is the first time I've eaten at this particular Salsarita's. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wasn't able to sit at any one of four different tables because they weren't washed when others left from eating there. In fact, it was about 45 minutes before any staff washed the dining room table. My visit was in the middle of the afternoon and I never saw a reason for them to remain dirty for so long. My two taco combo was made to order from a line where you tell the person to add the items you want on it. Prices have been noticably increasing at this chain in the past year or so, and for a nominal amount more you could go to a full service Mexican restaurant and have someone take your order and bring you drink refills. There is an upcharge that is paid for adding guacamole to your Mexican meal at Salsarita's that I haven't noticed being passed on to customers at full service Mexican restaurants."

"This is my favorite restaurant. The ambiance is amazing and the food is to die for. I’m vegan, so eating out can be a challenge. Here, it’s no problem. Many dishes can be made with tofu or vegetables and they still taste great. I’m kinda addicted to the Pad Thai. The owners and staff treat us like family and are so kind. It’s an all around great experience."
