Ham's - High Point

What R likes about Ham's:
the booth areas and seating in the corners of the booths could have been a little better in the cleaning category, looks like maybe just a quick wipe down in our area. food is good, prices are reasonable, the Host doorstaff if you will, seemed less than concerned about our arrival, we actually had to go around the corner and find an employee to let them know we were there. however the gentleman that waited on us was... What User doesn't like about Ham's:
I've seen Ham's when it was great, and now when it's not so great. Ham's can be far better than it ever was and much better than it is now. The corporate leadership needs to start caring about and investing in the store (the last one standing as there were as many as 7 stores in operation), the employees that work said store, the guests/patrons they serve, and the community it impacts.
