We like to eat at K W. They offer a variety of salads, main dishes, sides, and desserts to choose from. Normally, our experience is great--the food is hot, fresh, and not overly salty. On this one occasion, however, the entree was lukewarm (almost cold), the soft roll was hard, and the side dish was also lukewarm. We used to love eating here but within the past year the food has not been up to par with what it used to be. It's become flavorless and not fresh. The service is cold and unfriendly. We always manage to get the same waitress (if you can call her that)...We are extremely lucky if she even checks on us ONCE in the 35-45 minutes that we are there and if she does it's not friendly, she acts like we are inconveniencing h...
