What User likes about Tim Hortons:
when I go there, they usually leave something out of the order and I need to remind them, they gave me a cracked cup twice, but I caught it the second time and got an additional cup to not spill it in my car View all feedback.
What Jason Thompson doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Stood at till for 5 minutes whilst staff was too busy to take my order. Not their fault, like I said they were busy after all... poorly staffed/managed. I decided they were too busy for my additional patronage and left. Sorry that big corporation works you so hard and gives no support staff to assist with volume, must be very profitable! Sorry everything is good, but this location needs to improve the drive thru, worse ever drive
I would give a 5; however, it seems like the staff is in slow motion. It took forever to get served.
