Best Sunday roast in Durham. Friendly staff even though it was very busy. Beef was tender and the gravy and potatoes are amazing. Usually have 1-2 good cask ales on and they are always kept well. Very reasonably priced considering the serving size and how well everything is prepared. Top notch. read more.

this restaurant must be removed from its website as it is no longer open. they accept bookings for it, but it is closed and has been for some time. we raised ourselves to lunch on Sunday and all the doors were locked and so you had to walk around different places to find a table for lunch. read more.
