We went on a dinner out a large group of 20. Waitress were exceptional and helpful despite being a huge group. Food was correct for being an Italian and expecting lovely pasta dishes, pizza option and salad. There is a car park at the back of the restaurant that was extremely convenient. Sadly, the service we encountered from the front of house staff this evening, was extremely poor and very disappointing. It was to have been a special treat for our son's birthday tomorrow. We have dined happily at this branch many times before without any problems, including other family celebrations.
