I have been to El Publico a few times now and love it here, me and my partner regularly walk up the strip and every time we want to go there is never seats as it is always busy. I love the street corn and the chips with guacamole. Not even worth 1 star. Was treated appallingly on my one and only attempt to dine here. Despite having made a booking for a group of 5 more than 2 weeks in advance for the 6.30pm sitting, we were told we were late as we should have been there at 6.15pm. This is the best night out, especially for groups.

The current menu card may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of dishes, the menu also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu card also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been entered.
