"Prices in general are average. Sides are a bit small for the price. The Good: Pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Sweets and Apples was very tasty. The Bad: Brisket was overdone, dry, and lacked flavor. Mac Cheese was extremely bland."

"Ambiance and decor were cool. We sat outside as the weather was great and it was very cool. The food was very good. I had the pork belly tacos. The pork was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Also the deserts we're awesome!"

"On our recent trip to Buttermilk we were greeted upon our arrival and taken to our booth. Our server was prompt bringing our drinks and taking our order. My better half ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes with her meal and said that they were phenomenal. As for my order it consisted of a Country Omelette with extremely tasty hashbrowns and Blueberry Pancakes. The breakfast is one of the best, if not the best breakfast we have ever had. The service is efficient and the restaurant is run like a well run machine. The only downside is that we drive in from Orland Park to eat here. It's worth the drive but hopefully management reads this post and opens up in the Southwest Suburbs. Phenomenal."

"AMAZING. Hospitality was beyond and beyond. This place was packed, we drove around 30 minutes before parking, but it was worth waiting. The amount of food you receive for the price is phenomenal (almost 2 meals in one). We are visiting the city and we felt at home. Thank you and I would recommend Egg Shack to everyone. We ate breakfast and all had omelets that were for dying and pancakes were the best ever. YUM YUM YUM"
