"It took us 30 min for our order to be taken, a further 20 min for our drinks to arrive. The food was good but the service was very poor. It wasn’t very busy when we visited so I’m not sure how the service will be when it’s busy."

"Simply put: a beautiful and wonderful encounter. I wandered around Inveness and found this place inadvertently, hidden in the back of the unfaithed alley. I was just hoping to get a humble whisky to spend the evening, but I couldn't be amiss anymore. I have a lot more. Her malt collection was great, and the bartender was charming. In addition, the room offers a perfect atmosphere so you can appreciate your Dram from Scotch Whisky even more. I came for a drink, but I went with warm memories. Make sure to stop while you are in Inverness!"

"We had to wait for more than 45 minutes for foods!! Very limited menus and considering the quality of foods, they are overpriced. The restart is small and very limited spaces…you can’t really relax and enjoy the meals. The waiters were ok, but we’ll never go back!!"

"I was here for lunch with husband and adult daughter and just did not rate it none of us did. I had the chicken wings as a main course. It was good but a very messy dish. A good job we had ordered water and had lots of tissues because we were not offered extra napkins or a bowl of water to clean up Husband had meat pie which was mediocre and daughter vegan burger which she did not rate. I might say they do not ever complain about food. We had only the one dessert orange and mango sorbet. If course the two scoops had to be the powerful orange and only one of the much nicer mango. The loos were only just passable and could have done with a good coat of paint. Feel the owners are relying on the location for trade as opposed to them producing good fare. Well if they cannot be bothered I will certainly not bother going back. Ashamed to think this is what tourists to the Highlands/Scotland are being offered. PS I don't know what they have on the table but my blouse stuck to it. The server thought it was furniture polish."

"Nice pub to visit when they visit inverness. two times during our two-day break in inverness up there. I have to announce that I am not a big gin drinker, but scottish gin and my wife was introduced, and I ended up with a few drinks. interesting to find out that the limonade in Scotland is clear, in contrast to the limonade we normally have home. likes the gin we have tried so much that we have picked up a few bottles in the duty-free shop at the airport glasgow to return to Canada."
