What Geoff Ebb doesn't like about Prime:
The oysters were decent, although they could have used more ice, and the Tabasco bottle on the plate could have been cleaner. The steak was tender but lacked a charred exterior. The biggest letdown was the Sea Bass, which was a small, single fillet with minimal accompaniments. The sauce was split, and the fondant potato was mediocre. The samphire and tomatoes were the only highlights.
