"Would give a review, except we can hear the toilet flushing in room above(in room in The Stables), as well as footsteps above us all night. Family possibly had a child or dog, and we were permanently awake from Raised the issue with staff, but nothing could be done. Despite this, I would return. Staff were good, really friendly and accommodating, location is breathtaking, whisky bar is reasonably priced, and excellent selection…everything about this place is quality, but we will only stay in main hotel, not the stables. They need better sound insulation in the ceiling I don’t want to hear people flushing if I’m in a a night room. You wouldn’t get that in a premier inn. The bed was super hard too, which was a shame. Overall, I would still highly recommend, but the Stables rooms need a few tweaks The food was good, not great, but we were told the main restaurant was closed due to COVID issues, only to notice when we got there that it was open?! Despite all these issues, I’m still impressed by the overall feel, and would still go back."

"If they ever want to know the meaning of a hidden gem in an island that has so much to offer, this is the place, the host is an amazing person, full of life and humor. the place offers a great selection of delicious food and drinks, and the location is exquisite. my wife found it for an dinner date, and wow, we just loved everything. the bartender has some amazing layers to say and the board games are funny. that was a random discovery for us as we had a ride on the day before. will definitely recommend to anyone who is a skye to come here and spend dinner in the evening. type- book the table in advance!"
