We come in every Wednesday night with at least 6 people and the staff's always welcoming even when it's an hour to close, we are always welcomed and never rushed. Not to mention the freshest best Chipotle in the greater Cincinnati area. Chipotle has been my favorite place to eat. Anymore it's disappointing. The staff are very entitled and feel burdening them to do their job. All I did was ask for peppers and I got the look of anger. The restaurant was a disaster with overflowing garbage cans and no tables clean to eat at. Just disappointing, it looks like hot heads from here on out View all feedback.
