We moved a couple blocks from Norton's three years ago and have now spent many a dinner there. It's a fabulous place dinner, meet friends at, and perfect for the grandchildren. The menu is great, Merkt cheeseburgers, and grilled onions have won awards. The extra-crisp French fries rock, with lots ketchup. Maybe it's all in the ordering. My companions enjoyed great looking/tasting salad and quesadilla entrees. I ordered a BLT with fries. What could go wrong with that you might ask. Well, how about dry, crumbly bacon, dry toast, and fries that looked amazing but had their insides fried out of them! I think we've all experienced food that scratched the roof of our mouths--ouch!
