Baristas are always friendly and accommodating. Will remember you and your order by name if this is your regular Starbucks. This location used to have great staff and service. But since they hired a bunch of new staff I always have a ton of issues ordering my drinks if its not something exactly on the menu. On occasion the staff has been sassy or rude even when its not busy.
