Have heard so much about the wonderful cup cakes that are made at PattyCakes. Drove from Collinsville to check out the shop. Decided on a carrot cake cup cake with cream cheese icing , which was how it was labeled in the case. Couldn 't wait to get home to try it.... WELL, first of all, the icing was not cream cheese , not even close. Hubby I took a bite of the cupcake ... it was TERRIBLE!! So dry and hard! It tasted... View all feedback.
