Sophia's Famous Pancakes - Highland

What Frank Dohms likes about Sophia's Famous Pancakes:
Came here for the first time last week and everything was pretty good. I've driven past this place plenty of times and decided to try. I had a real bad craving for some french toast, and it was pretty tasty. They have a big menu, so it was hard to select one meal. Bathroom was clean, and Service was competent and lovely. What C S doesn't like about Sophia's Famous Pancakes:
We used to really like this place, but they are understaffed which led to a bad experience. We waited 45 minutes for toast and sugar free syrup that our waitress forgot to bring us. I think that they've packed so many tables into the place that they just can't keep up with the number of customers. We will probably not come back here on a weekend again. View all feedback.
