Food was good but they were cheap on portions. Subway usually puts very good portions on your sandwich but this location acts as if they were low on ingredients. View all feedback.
I would rate the customer service at this Subway location a solid ZERO! Whoever owns that place better make some improvements and train your employees accordingly! I had a HORRIBLE experience—the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. It took an unusually long 15 minutes to get just ONE sandwich!!! So SLOWW! A customer ahead couldn 't decide on sandwiches, and the employee did nothing about it, allowing the customer to hold the line and waste others ' time. It was obvious that the customer was purposely delaying the process, and the manager did nothing to expedite it. The “manager” kept on chatting with gas station employees and the customer ahead, calling her “honey” every minute, while others stood in line waiting on orders. Then, the “manager” answered a call while accepting the payment, simply ignoring the rest of her customers waiting in line.There was a noticeable lack of courtesy from the employee, and the overall demeanor conveyed an indifference to providing quality service. It’s disappointing that Subway seems to have failed in adequately training their employees, especially at this San Bernardino location! SHAME! Avoid this place!
Store is not supposed to close till 9pm and they turned down my order because I showed up at 8:45pm to place an order. Very dissatisfied with the service

Workers were so high. They were training and just acting so odd. I noticed that the sandwich tasted off. That same day I developed stomach pain, throwing up and diarrhea. They obviously handled the meats or veggies wrong. Also did the order of how they put things on completely wrong. Like toasting the bread without the meat but with sauces? It was odd. Now experiencing food poisoning for two straight days. Two employees who don't care to wash their hands or handle food right will ruin your business. Train better.
