"Very unique vibe and cool atmosphere with incredible food. The grilled salmon sandwich was without a doubt the best I've had, and the rest of my family thoroughly enjoyed their burgers. Service was also very friendly and helpful."

"Valentine's Day good despite the clowns in this kitchen. Dried out chicken on a Ceasar Salad. My date had their halibut which was tough (overcooked? . The halibut was returned and taken off the bill... I guess you stick with steak when you go to the Boulder ChopHouse."

"What a great experience. The place that was recommended to us was too long of a wait for our tired kids so we stumbled in here. Great simple fresh food with a cool vibe. So nice to see the owner jumping in to help the staff bus tables or anything that needed to be done. The staff was natural but professional. The place was bustling with a fun young crowd and we walked out full and for under $50 for 4 of us including some cocktails. Score!"

"Although we were late, they were so generous to offer us a table on a Friday evening. The beers were great and though we ordered little food it was great. The ambience and the music were great to spend your evening in. I would recommend it for any native in Boulder."

"The girl and I stopped in late Sunday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was clean and has a nice ambiance, with tables and booths in one room and a full bar in the other. Our server greeted left an immediate positive impression and continued to provide great service throughout our meal. She ordered some sort of Benedict Salmon Florentine dish that had polenta cakes instead of English muffins and man, the dish was great. She was nice enough to let me have two bites. Lol! I ordered the chicken fried chicken and scrambled eggs, which also comes with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It sounded a little weird for a breakfast menu, but I figured they put it on there for a reason and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. I’m not kidding when I say that those mashed potatoes are possibly the best I’ve ever had and for breakfast! The eggs were perfectly cooked and the chicken fried chicken cutlet was crispy and light and seasoned so well. Seriously, this was unexpectedly one of the best meals we’ve had in Boulder, including most of the “fancier” places. We are going back this weekend!"
