Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST vegan restaurant in the state of Colorado. It’s a food truck actually but an amazing one and the folks that are making magic back there are straight crushing it!! Incredible every time and we’ll keep making the 2 hour drive (round trip) to pick up Vegetable Express! View all feedback.
Holy moly this vegan food is amazing. There’s no comparison anywhere. I promise. You def need to check it out!!
