We were taking our small dog for a walk along the waterfront, and as it was a pleasant evening, decided to stop at Tuptim for dinner. The staff were a little aloof at first, but soon warmed up. We bought food we could share and weren't disappointed. It was delicious. The servings were generous as were the LLBs.
