"I will start off by saying Alfonso on the rooftop bar is phenomenal. He is so welcoming, charming, and overall a really great people person. He stood out the most among all the people we met. Secondly, Andres aka cappuccino was also the light of the party. He was awesome at getting all the guest engaged to have a good time. Nelly was also a great person because he did good at encouraging guests to do activities. Lastly, our concierge guy, Nathaniel, was very informational and helpful throughout the entire stay. All of these gentlemen need recognition for their job well done on the resort. Overall the experience was good and would come back again! The staff truly appreciate everyone being there and are very welcoming."

"Given some extremely average food in our resort, we were desperate to go somewhere that would give some taste. Pastrata didn't disappoint us. The guacamole was great, we had a few main thing to share between us that were all very delicious. Washed with some really nice margaritas. Worth the trip!"

"The service here is absolutely fantastic, any problem that the team showed up at the Grand Palladium Palace would be able to solve it. Specially, Helen, Jose and Louisa of Concierge, these three people are the best employees that the resort has!! On the first day I realized that I forgot my laptop charge and they called so many people to find a charger for me, so I was able to do everything I had. We also had problems with our room and they were beyond to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend coming here!"

"Best non inclusive resort in Punta Cana. Great location close to the airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We have been here several times in the past two years. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Definitely recommended if you are not looking for an all inclusive resort."

"Wide assortment of taco fillings to try different types. Went twice during our honeymoon, and were very satisfied both times. The quesadilla and nachos are also very good. Loved the atmosphere there. There ended up being a Michael Jackson impersonator that danced to Billie Jean while we were there. :"
