We have been going to Mt. Fuji for a very long time (for at least the last 20 years). The last time we where there, we said that the place was going to need a complete re-do and some TLC. This place has the worst welcoming/costumer service. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for a party of 10 people for my son’s birthday party. After arriving, the manager who’s name was Adrian was very rude. He kept pointing at his watch and telling me that we were late and he couldn’t accommodate us anymore.
