"I only had a hot chocolate but it was the best one I have ever had and the only one I've had in years where the Barrista had actually stretched the milk so that it was silky smooth. So beautiful. I'm guessing that their coffee would be awesome too. I would have eaten there but all the seats were taken so I just got my drink to take away."

"Dinner with a large group on 20th March 2014 (about 10 people . First time at the restaurant, but heard a lot about it.<br/ <br/ First impressions were good i.e. nicely decked out. Bit loud as some people have suggested, but not too bad.<br/ <br/ Staff have been slated before in reviews, but the two young ladies looking after us did a fine job. Did what was expected and had a smile to. Nice one.<br/ <br/ Food was excellent, but don 't go there for big servings of anything! In fact the desert was very small for about $17 or so!! However, these so called 'fine dining ' restaurants are not known for serving loads of food, so most people know what to expect. The taste had better make up for it, and by and large it did on this night. Not cheap, but that goes with the territory.<br/ <br/ Probably worth 4.5 starts, but I 'll round it up!! :"

"Travelled from Auckland again for a beautiful weekday lunch. The service is excellent, the setting pristine and relaxing, the food as always amazingly tasty. Great value for that special occaision. I would rather drive an hour south for this experience than sit 2 hours in traffic heading into Auckland City for unpredictable food any day of the week."
