Due to a delayed flight with BA, we were given X4 £4 food n drink vouchers which we spent at Starbucks! We all ordered a frappe- I got the cookies n cream while my sister got the caramel. All drinks were great quality with lots of cream and flavour... considering it was so busy, the staff were very quick and handled the stress really well. View all feedback.
What 7loveholidays doesn't like about Starbucks T5a:
Used fir a break before airport pick up. Good location but that’s all. Dirty tables and floor. Asked for a tea, I was given a cup full of milk with an insipid tea bag. I asked for one with the milk separate. The server then gave me a half filled cup with a split tea bag. I asked for another one and he said I don’t know how to make tea??????? Eventually I was given another cup with the split tea leaves still floating... View all feedback.

We had plenty of time and the crowd was big at all the other places so we decided to grab some coffees and cookies from this cafe. They were all fine.
