2024: Chain wide they've eliminated the items I eat. 2023 3*: Several times times they've more or less) not had much food to sell... Running out fresh is not good, but running out of shelf stable like potato chips indicates their system is not functional. Both? Repeatedly? At more than one location? Likely the chain is not long for this world . 11/2020 Gotten even better, staff is smart and fast now. 10/2020 4*)They've gotten better. Old 3* review: This particular Panera is about the worst we've been to. Not horrible, but they run out of things more, are slow and disorganized, and the rest rooms aren't great.
