A decent sandwich shop that produces a decent sub. The “A Wreck” sub was quite tasty and had a fine balance between meats, cheese, and veggies. I enjoyed the fact that this establishment toasts their subs, as it added another dimension of deliciousness. The pricing was a little bit more than other, similar establishments. The customer service aspect could also be improved. The restaurant had decent seating. View all feedback.

What Michelle B doesn't like about Potbelly Sandwich Shop:
My sandwich had almost nothing on it. Bread was dry, crumbly and stale. Door dasher waited for at least 30 minutes, soup was cold and soda was warm. I wont order from here again! Too many other good sandwich shops in the area. View all feedback.

Dont know what happened but I received a sandwich that was just Turkey, no lettuce tomatoes cheese. Nothing!! Pickle was good and the soup was delicious!

Sandwich was really good. Couldve used a little more mayo but definitely to my standards! Im a picky eater and Id definitely order again. As a Georgia resident...
