Every time I think of sweet little Vivi's as a lunch option it is prime Intel lunch time and there is just no getting inIt is simply not big enough.
This must be the most overrated Vietnamese restaurant I have ever eaten at ? Everything about the food screams average to me.
I can see why people love this place - it's actually really good.
