I wanted to try The Nomad for a while and went this week for my birthday dinner. Our appetizer (Thai cauliflower) came out quickly, well before our cocktails. The southern mule cocktail tasted like straight club soda with none of the depth of flavors mentioned. "I've never had a bad article in Samantha's Pupusa. Everything is made to order so if you have nutritional problems or allergies, they are great to make these changes for you or let you know what is in it. I'm one of those people who like to try different articles when I go to the same restaurant and I really enjoyed everything I tried. I love the pupusa and they also have good breakfast. If you are in Desserts, this is also the place for you! They have a huge dessert menu that changes, but they will have some elements they have every day. Definitely recommend! It is not the largest restaurant in just a few tables, but has more seats outside."

"This is my favorite restaurant in the Durham area. The food is high end without being pretentious. You also could show up in jeans and know what would bat an eye. Everyone from the manager, to the hostess at the door, to the bartenders are friendly and engaging. The cocktail menu has traditional favorites but offerings for the more adventurous.
