When I called her, she was more than happy to get me in the car. I called up because it was STORMING! She answered and called me with name and asked if I was here, I explained I was out about 10 minutes and offered to cancel so that she would not have to come out. She didn't say anything. See you. "Dog friendly, good place to people watch in Ybor. Usually a local game will be on and they have a pretty expansive draft list. The burgers are solid. Take note that Ybor City is also known as Cigar City so there will be people smoking at the window of the outside bar. Sometimes the locals (aka homeless population) will try and sell you something, but it 's all part of the Ybor City charm."
