"The manager(s) needs more training.I 've been here enough to know that their will almost always be a wait on 1 or more items. If the wait happened once, twice, or occasionally whatever. But it 's every time.Also, they put drive thru orders ahead of you if you walk in. You 'll see 3 or 4 drive thru orders come n go as you are just standing there trying to order inside.They are CONSISTENTLY behind on dishes.If I was the manager, I would always be on the lookout as to what dish is less then half full. Then, I would understand the popularity of it, to estimate when it 'll run out. I can then have the, Cooks fire up the dishes on time so the place wouldn 't always be out of multiple items.Easy"

"It was early morning and I was shopping at the Walmart across the street and I noticed this was here. I decided to just stop and have breakfast. I ordered in the app before I had it across to it and arrived a couple of minutes before the estimate for when my food should be ready. This was an extremely busy location on this particular morning. I'm not sure if it's always like this as it was my first visit here. I stopped at the register and paved my food and walked over to wait till they called my name or number. When I arrived by the pickup area one lady greeted me but they were busy with a ton of orders. I waited almost 10 minutes before a gentleman who had walked over to help them check some stuff on the side that was out of view and called my number. I was advised that if I order in the app next time I should check in with them to let them know I am there. I've never had to do this in any other location. I was satisfied with the wait time, took my sandwich and headed out to my car to head back home. When I got in I unwrapped my breakfast sandwich and it looked delicious. I discovered after my first bite into it that it had tomatoes on it which were not supposed to be on and I am not supposed to be eating. Other than the tomatoes the sandwich was missing the hot peppers that I had asked for on it. I guess they mixed up the ingredients. On my receipt it was very clear what it was supposed to be. As I'm almost 15 minutes away I just enjoyed my sandwich as it was and was satisfied with it. I understand they were really busy but this was obviously not the best first impression to make. It won't stop me from eating at Wawa and I have no idea when I might have a chance to come back to this location anyway."

"One of my favorite places to eat in Tampa. Great selection of Cuban food. The Ropa Vieja is fantastic. The rotisserie chicken is well seasoned and juicy. Add tasty sides such as black beans, rice, fries and plantains to complete your meal. The soups are also excellent. They also offer a grill and sandwich counter serving up burgers and the classic Cuban sandwich. Staff is friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed or hungry!!!!!"

"I ordered ?Aussie Grill? through Uber Eats (yes this is the same address using a different name). After already waiting nearly an hour after ordering through the Uber Eats app, the delivery person went to pick up the order. When it was taking longer thannormal I asked if it was delayed and she told me that they just received the order and had not even starting preparing it ANHOUR after I ordered it. When I finally received the meal the burger was decent but it had very few fries with each order (like6 fries per burger). We were extremely frustrated and hangry and left the dinner table still hungry."
