"Atmosphere is great. Staff is above and beyond friendly. Restaurant is clean. In the past the food has been delicious.Upfront prices are good. A few months ago, we were in and got what used to be fried chicken off of the buffet. Oven baked chicken is NOT the same as fried chicken and anything that says the chicken is fried, should be removed. Or maybe the oven baked chicken should be removed and the fried chicken added back. The oven baked chicken was incredibly dry andlacked flavor. It was not what we had been accustomed to coming to this restaurant for years when visiting the area. Our last visit in, I ordered chicken off of the menu. If you have had any experience eating ?real? chicken in your life,do not order the grilled chicken off of the menu. My dad asked what it was upon delivery?I said, chicken? It was a completely processed glob of plastic resembling a chicken breast. It was awful. We have loved coming to this restaurant formany years and considered it a treat. It has changed hands and I am afraid to say the quality of the food served has changed from what we had been accustomed to. When we inquired about the change with the buffet chicken, we were told therecipe changed when the ownership changed?about a year and a half ago. Two days after we ate there, my husband noticed an additional fee charged to his card. When he called and inquired, he was told it was a processing fee and was theamount they are charged. In most businesses, this fee is added in to the prices of items. Pay with cash and stay away from the chicken."
