We had the chance to tour the Hilmar Cheese factory. We've been to Tillamook in Oregon and loved it, so this was a go! Great tour!!! Our tour started with lunch of sandwiches and cheese soup- the soup alone was worth it!! Delicious!! The tour is done inside our bus where the staff come aboard and talk about milk production, processing, cleanliness, testing, and cheese making. We actually drove thru the factory comple...
